1. Set up the Coolfront App for your class

Use the setup guide to create a Coolfront account for your College.            

 


  1. Enter the following information into the fields: first and last name, school name (in the Company Name field), your phone (in the Company Phone field) and  email. Please enter the referral code that was provided to you in the “What Company referred you?” field.
  2.  This is what a completed form will look like. Click Continue.
  3.  Hourly rates are the rates applied to all repairs in Coolfront. Select HVAC Residential day rate
  4. All repairs have a labor time associated with them. That labor time is multiplied by the hourly rate. Enter $150 in the per hour field and click Save.                       
  5. Select Add Another Rate                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  
  6. Select HVAC Residential after hours rate. Enter $200 in the per hour field                                                                                                                                                                                                                               
  7.  Next you would enter the hourly rates and markups for the parts. We will leave the default values but feel free to change them.                        
  8.  Add your non-refundable diagnostic/service charge.                                                                                                            
  9. Select diagnostic fee and enter $89.                                                                                                                         
  10. Click on Add a Sales Tax Profile.                                                                                                                        
  11. Enter your county and  8% in both fields                                                                                                                                               
  12. Add service agreement                                                                                                                                          
  13. Select Gas Heating/Cooling.  and the service agreement details.             
  14. Enter the activation code sent to your email and click on Finish. 
  15. Now you will add each of your students. At the conclusion of the semester you will delete all of the students so you can start fresh with a new class 
  16. You will receive an email that has the code you will need.
  17. Click on Users.                                                                                                                                                                              
  18. As the teacher you are already listed.
  19. You can choose Administrator, Office or Service Professional from the drop down list. Students should be left as Service Professionals.
  20. Click on the green +  to create each additional student user. Tom Adams and Lynn Renner are added below as new users.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     
  21. To delete each user at the end of the semester click on each user and select Delete this user.
